WELCOME TO CONCORDIA VETERINARY CLINIC
Concordia Veterinary Clinic is an established and growing clinic seeking one or two mixed animal veterinarians. Our practice is where you’ll thrive amid our supportive and energetic medical team while practicing cutting edge medicine with modern diagnostic equipment. Our veterinary medical team consists of three veterinarians and seven registered veterinary technicians and assistants.
You’ll have great mentoring and our knowledgeable technicians and assistants support the doctors as veterinary team leaders. Our client care staff supports our veterinary medical team and will help make your goal of practicing the highest quality medicine a reality.
Our practice scope is 65% companion animal and 35% livestock, with the livestock consisting primarily of cow/calf and small ruminants. In our state of the art companion animal hospital, we are equipped with gas anesthesia, digital radiography, reproductive ultrasound, tonometry, therapeutic laser, in-house pharmacy, and Idexx in-house hematology, blood chemistry, and urinalysis. Most of our production animal medicine is performed at our clinic. Our livestock working area has well-designed loading and unloading pens, heated indoor area with a hydraulic tilting chute and digital scales. After hours emergencies are shared and because we value your time, additional compensation is paid.
We offer a competitive salary and great benefits package that includes paid time off; health, disability, and professional liability insurance; MO license fee, AVMA, MVMA, and AABP membership dues; annual CE allowance; and after one year of employment an employer sponsored 401K retirement plan.
You get the best of both worlds as we’re located in a quaint small town that’s an easy 45 minute drive on I-70 to the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.
