We are open for regular office hours and appointments Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Please call to make an appointment during normal business hours. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Emergency services are available if immediate care is needed when our office is closed.

We are located just north of the Concordia I-70 exit on Hwy 23 at 2 NE 10th St, Concordia, MO 64020. We have a large parking lot with unloading capabilities for various truck sizes including semi-trailers, pickups, and livestock trucks and trailers.
